Robby Gordon Storms to 2nd Place in Dakar

Robby gordon proved that two wheels are better than four when you fit Toyo Tires to them. Robby, in his 2 wheel drive Hummer H3 finished second today just 41 seconds behind ex WRC Champion Carlos Sainz.

All of the top teams have four wheel drive except Robby who ably demonstrated that World Class driving ability and the right tires are a powerful combination.
The second car of Team Dakar USA, driven by BJ Baldwin encountered some bad luck when a spare drive shaft damaged a belt which required changing. Despite losing eight minutes to change the belt, BJ finished only nine minutes and 41 seconds down on the lead demonstating his pace. With such blistering pace, BJ is certain to finish higher than the 23rd place he now occupies
