Original Equipment on new Mazda 3

new, Germany – March 11, 2009 – TOYO Tire Europe GmbH. (President Kanji Kasai) is proud to announce that TOYO TIRES have been selected by Mazda as tire supplier for their new Mazda 3, which is currently being presented at the Geneva International Motor show.

 
         Toyo J48                                                        Proxes R32

Available across Europe from late Spring, two different tires will be fitted depending upon the car specification. New Mazda 3 with 16 inch wheels will get 205/55 R16 91V Toyo J48C whilst those with 17 inch wheels will have 205/50 R17 89W TL Proxes R32 fitted.

 
Both tires complement the Mazda 3’s exhilarating driving dynamics with outstanding handling performance. The handling is complemented by low tire noise allowing drivers to enjoy the Mazda 3’s calm cabin atmosphere and premium audio system.
 

In addition, both models have a low rolling resistance which improves fuel consumption and contributes to reducing carbon emissions. This performance is particularly highlighted in The TOYO J48C.
