Pro-System Racing Confirmed for Tunisia 2009

Pro-System Racing, who missed victory in the Optic Rallye Tunisie 2008 by the narrowest of Margins. will be back to compete in the 2009 rally on TOYO TIRES. Their Chevrolet Trophy Truck will be fitted with 37 X 13.5 R 17 Open Country M/T -R for the gruelling race.
Team principal Eric Vigouroux and loyal co-driver Alexandre Winoqc will head to Tunisia to do battle with the big spending teams including BMW, Mitsubishi and Nissan desoude.
Eric and Alex had a strong start to the year driving the Hummer H3 of Team dakar USA to 13th place overall. Without a very serious mechanical problem which almost took them out of the race and cost them race time and a massive six hour penalty, they would have finished much closer to team mate Robby gordon who stood on the podium in third place overall.
Eric will be hoping to go one better than last year 2nd position and scoop the winners trophy. using the right tires is a key componenet of his strategy. Expect to see Eric at the front from the very start of the race.
