TOYO TIRES original equipment on new Audi RS 5 supercar.
Toyo Tire & Rubber Co., Ltd. Osaka, Japan (President and CEO Kenji Nakakura), announces that 265/35 R 19 98Y Toyo Proxes T1 A0 tires have been chosen by AUDI AG to be fitted to their new RS 5 model.
The Audi RS 5 coupé is the latest member of the elite RS family. With its’ 4.2 litre, V8 FSI engine capable of delivering 450PS, the RS 5 is the ultimate version of the model line and requires exceptional tires.
Already fitted to the Audi S6, Proxes T1 A0 is designed for intensive sports driving and offers a stunning combination of wet and dry handling, phenomenal braking adhesion and cornering power. Proxes T1 A0 demonstrates the ability of TOYO TIRES to meet the most exacting requirements of prestige car manufacturers for their most exclusive models.
Proxes T1 A0 has been fitted to the Audi RS 5 since its launch. This flagship model, fitted with TOYO TIRES, will be available worldwide.
