7 Jul 2023

The Toyota GR Supra GT4, competing in the SP10 class, will see the return of Tim Sandtler as the of the drivers for this round. As well as being a Ring specialist, Tim is familiar with the car, having raced it in the Nürburgring 24-hour race earlier this year.
Taking place on Saturday, July 8, the fifth round, officially titled, the ROWE 6h ADAC Ruhr-Pokal-Rennen, will take the start at midday and race for six gruelling hours before the drivers see the chequered flag at 6:00PM. The race is the prelude to the longer, 12 hours Nüburgring scheduled for September which comprises the 7th & 8th rounds of the series.
Toyo Tires with Ring Racing are currently lying 2nd in their class in the 2023 NLS, so results in the second half of the series will be vital to secure the class win they are aiming for. The team are targeting a class win on Saturday to improve their title hopes.
